Step – 1 First of all open google chrome browser in your mobile and enter eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in in the address bar, now the official website of UIDAI will open in front of you.
Here you will see three options
- Aadhaar Number
- AT
- ENROLLMENT ID
Whichever information you have, choose it, as if you know your Aadhaar number, choose the Aadhaar option and enter your Aadhaar number (12 digits), full name and pincode as in Aadhaar and then type captcha code REQUEST Click on OTP .
Step -2 On clicking on Request OTP, a new window will open in which you have to agree to the terms and conditions . Another window will open in which it will be written that an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number which you have to confirm. The last 4 digits of your registered mobile will also be shown on the screen.
Step-3 Now enter the OTP received on your mobile on the UIDAI site and click on download Aadhaar. As soon as you enter the OTP, the PDF copy of the aadhaar card will be downloaded in your mobile.
Step – 4 When you open the PDF file of Aadhaar card, you will be asked for a password. Creating this password is very easy, in this you have to write the first four letters of your name and year of birth. For example, if your name is SHYAM KUMAR and date of birth is 2-6-1996, then your PASSWORD will be SHYA1996 .
In this way you can open PDF file by creating your password. And you can always keep your Aadhaar card in your mobile.
