The Government of Karnataka has launched an HRMS Employee Self-Service portal for all State Government Employees to access online Pay Slips, Service Register Book, Leave Balance, Ticket Status, Loan / Advance Details, Deduction Details, and Insurance Details.
Karnataka Employee Salary Slip
Employees of the Karnataka State Government may view all Pay Slip, Service Register Book, Leave Balance, Ticket Status, Loan / Advance Details, Deduction, and Insurance details online by logging in to the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal using their KGID Number and Password.
Step-by-Step Registration Instructions
- Go to the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal by clicking HERE.
- Select New User, then enter your KGID number and registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP obtained from the mobile number and press the Submit button.
- Create a Password and Confirm it
- Login using your KGIC Number and Password; an OTP will be sent to your mobile device; enter the OTP and captcha, and click Login.
- Use the internet to access the Pay Slip, Service Register Book, Leave Balance, Ticket StatLoan/Advanceance Details, Deduction, and Insurance services.
To Examine Pay Slip
- On the Home Page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal Select Pay Slip.
- A new page will open, Select the month and year, then press the Search button.
- The pay slip will be presented; print it if necessary.
Checking the Leave Balance
- On the Home Page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal Select Leave Balance.
- A new page will appear, displaying your EL, HPL, and Paternity / Maternity Leave Status.
Loan Advance Check
- On the Home Page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal Select Loan Advance.
- A new page will open, displaying your loan status if it is available.
Loan / Festival Advance Check
- On the Home Page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal Select Loan Advance.
- A new page will open, displaying your loan status if it is available.
To Verify Deduction Details
- On the Home Page of the HRMS Employee Self Service Portal, Select Deduction.
- A new page will open. Select the kind of deduction or recovery the year, then click the Search button.
- The whole deduction will be presented.
To Verify Insurance
- On the Home Page of the HRMS Employee Self-Service Portal, Select Insurance.
- A new page will appear, displaying your insurance (KGID, GPF, LIC, and other) information.
